Generally orders process faster. Because we handcraft our products, we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. Because you choose fast shipping, does not guarantee the product will be ready to ship – we really try – but please understand we may need to make a new batch to fill your order.
Often we have stock on hand and can ship the next day.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:

* Use it up, don’t store it to use later. Remember our products are fresh.
* Close containers tightly between uses to maintain the aroma.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Left in a hot car
*Oils can become rancid if left in warm areas or stored longer than 6 months

We ship all products through USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or Local Pick-up

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Actual shipping costs calculated by UPS, USPS or FedEx using the description.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need up to a week to be handmade.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so hold on to it.
In the case of a spoiled product, we will need to get the product ID number from the bottom of the container so we can run lab tests on the batch.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. Sale items are final sales.

If products are stored beyond 1 year, they will expire and should not be used. They cannot be returned or exchanged. All products have a manufacture code on the package.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping service will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please track it so you know where it is.
